Refunds & Returns

1 RETURNS POLICY

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged
  • Returned products must have all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging

Magoosy reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet the above return policy requirements.

To request a product return:

  1. You must contact Customer Support by email (support@magoosy.co.uk) or telephone with your order number and the reason for return
  2. Note that you must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Note that refund requests received outside of this timeframe may not be considered but we always try to be reasonable
  3. All goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of your original return request. Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of Magoosy
  4. You will be notified by email once your returned product has been received and processed by our returns team

2 IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED

For any issues with any product received, please contact our Customer Service in the first instance and we will be glad to offer you an appropriate solution.

3 REFUND AMOUNT

Please note that, as an integral part of Magoosy’s return policy, all refunds will be granted free of charge to the original purchaser. We do not charge a restocking fee. This applies to all undamaged and correctly returned products. The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product(s) only using the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

If the product is deemed faulty, then the customer will be refunded the value of the returned product including reasonable postage costs.

4 REFUND TIMES

The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse and your return has been processed. Please note: If you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement. Also, please be aware that the refund reference will appear in your statement as ‘RF’ followed by your order number.
