Our online store accepts payments from nearly all Debit and Credit Cards.

We also accept Bank Transfers but you must contact Customer Care if you wish to use this option in order to obtain our account bank details. This payment option is only offered for special orders and not for general stock items featured on our website.

Magoosy does not accept cash payments either directly or sent via email.

Magoosy’s online shop operates from the United Kingdom and as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Pounds Sterling (unless otherwise displayed).


You make payments at the Magoosy online store using all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

The payment occurs over a secure server (SSL) with a 128-bit encryption key. Over this secure system, your credit card information is sent directly to the applicable banking authority over a secured, encrypted connection.

No individual within Magoosy or over the Internet has access to your credit card information at the moment of purchase or at any other time during the order process, or during order processing. Your secure transaction ID will appear on your bank statement sometimes accompanied by a description depending on your financial institution. The total amount spent will be debited from your account immediately and the Magoosy sales team will then process your order.

All credit cards must have a UK billing address for shipment within the UK.

Please be aware that first-time buyers outside of the UK may encounter processing delays due to necessary identity and information clarification.


The payment method does not affect order processing. Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.

You may request a Saturday delivery by contacting customer care before placing your order.

Orders may take longer to process during public holidays.
