CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
You can amend your order any time before check-out, but once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. To do so please contact us immediately by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
THE ITEM I REQUIRE IS OUT OF STOCK…
If the product or quantity you require is out of stock, please contact us with the product name or order code (shown on the product page) and we’ll notify you immediately when the product becomes available.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I ORDER?
Orders are limited to one particular line item per order. For larger order quantities, you will have to contact Customer Care before placing an order.
HOW ARE SPECIAL ORDERS PROCESSED?
MAGOOSY also takes larger orders for wedding parties and other special events. If you wish to place a special order please contact Customer Care with your order details and we will send you a special order form to complete. Note that special orders can take between 10-12 weeks since they will be shipped from our factory facility. So please plan well ahead if you require your shoes for a specific occasion.
I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, WHERE DO I ENTER IT?
To apply a coupon or discount code to your order, the code must be entered into the coupon code field located underneath your order in your shopping bag. This is a box on the final order review page before clicking the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button and will require the ‘Apply Coupon’ button to be clicked once the code has been entered.
Note that the coupon code or promotional code field is not always present in the checkout area.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS REFUSED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
If your credit or debit card has been declined, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard and VISA payment methods which must be registered to a UK billing address. We do not accept American Express or Solo. Direct bank transfers are only accepted on special orders.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
The security of this website and your details are VERY important to us. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure MAGOOSY uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect all credit card transactions between this site and your credit card issuer.
Note that this website is 100% secure so the padlock symbol is ALWAYS present and is not just limited to the final checkout.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Our Customer Care team are available to handle all order, website or account issues but we are unable to process payments over the telephone. This is because we do not handle or store any credit or debit card details during or after order processing. All financial transactions are secure so take place directly between you and your card issuer.
DO I REALLY NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
No but the benefits of creating an account are:
- We have your details in case we need to contact you about your order
- You’re able to view your order history including where an order is as well as re-printing returns notes and invoices
- You can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering the next time
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
Don’t worry about it. All you need to do is go to the login page, click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and put in your account email address in the box provided. Once you’ve pressed the ‘Next’ button, we’ll send a new password direct to your email address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?
If you’re not at home, your parcel cannot be dropped off or left in a secure location because all MAGOOSY deliveries require a signature. The courier will post a card through your door which will contain details of how to arrange a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the depot.

- Europe £10.00
Deliveries are normally next working day when orders are placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, our delivery options will allow you to have your order delivered to work, home, or anywhere else as long as it’s an address within the UK or Northern Ireland.
Currently we don’t deliver to the Republic of Ireland, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) or PO BOX addresses.
For international deliveries please contact us before placing your order.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes because MAGOOSY is an online retailer only. This website is an online catalogue of all our available styles which makes life real simple. Simply choose the style and size you like, order your items, and decide on your preferred delivery address.
DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
MAGOOSY can offer an excellent after care repair service. Please contact Customer Care and a member of our team will arrange to have your shoes inspected and provide you with a cost for repair if possible. Note that MAGOOSY will not accept shoes that have been previously repaired by any 3rd party.
WHAT SIZE RANGES ARE AVAILABLE?
All our styles are available in sizes between 39 (UK 5) and 46 (UK 12) but we tend not to keep the smaller sizes in stock. If your size is not available in your preferred style, then please contact Customer Care and we will advise you on availability direct from our factory in Portugal.
